You cannot apply to German university after 12th, they need 13 years education plus the gap makes it difficult. You can enroll into a Bachelor's degree in India and finish the first year. See other countries other than Europe less competitive than Germany.

With 81.5% of marks, it would get difficult to get admission in the top colleges offering the course at the cut off is really very high and doesn't go below 90 in any case.
Also, you may have a chance if you belong to a reserved category as there is a slight relaxation in that case.
Alternatively, try in other good universities.

Courses are conducted by the British Council in BPO Skills (telephone marketing and negotiating), and creative writing. On completion of these courses, jobs will be easily available in call centres or as a freelancer in creative writing. In order to become a banker for of all you need to pursue your graduation. Then you may choose amongst the banks based on their vacancy for certain posts you may give exam or interviews as the process may be.
Also, for commercial banks you need to appear for IBPS exams and then only you may be able to secure a job in the banks.

It's very nice to see your dream of becoming MBA. You have already won half the battle. You can select any of the routes. What is tested in the entrance to MBA is your ability to logical thinking and grasping powers. I would, therefore, advise you to select that subject which fascinates you or interests you.
