If you want to pursue a career in networking then there are two ways to do it:

There are over 33 colleges in Chandigarh which offer BBA courses. Please refer to the link provided below for a detailed list of colleges which offer BBA courses in Chandigarh. Of course, you can! If you're interested in Mass Communication, then do B.Sc. Or B.A. In Mass Media. But if you're interested to move further with commerce, then you can do it too. Mass Media or Marketing Management does't require the need of arts or commerce. People from any stream, can apply for these fields.

Yes, you can do BCA after 12th commerce but you have to face some problem in mathematics because in BCA, mathematics is a compulsory subject.
But in some colleges, you don't need to study mathematics.
And it is my understanding that it is good for you to select a good college for BCA, otherwise, it will ruin your future.
