Hello,
The b.tech has its good scope if it has done at IITs or NITs.
Their are many career option after Bachelors as you can directly join the private companies/Government Jobs or you can appear for the other entrance exam which is conducted for the higher studies like IIT JAM, GATE and many other university level exam conducted to pursue Masters degree from the IITs.
Their are many career option available in the government jobs in India like you can go for Income tax department through SSC CGL exam, IBPS PO & many other PSUs after your B.Tech.

Hello Anurag,
It depends on your interest. In this field, you have many scope like- if your interest is in computer, you can select BCA, biotechnology, B.Sc agriculture, D.Pharma, B.Pharma, physiotherapy, B.Sc, chemistry, MBBS, etc.

There are many courses like MBBS,BDS, BUMS, BHMS, B.Sc in biotechnology, B.Sc in microbiology,B.Sc in genetic science,B.Sc in zoology, B.Sc in botony, B.Sc in chemistry and if you want to change your stream you can do BA in English also.

There are many B.Sc degree courses [aided & un-aided] it's all upto your interest.
if you like IT go for B.Sc-IT, if you are a biology student do B.Sc in any biological dept but nowdays microbiology has a lot of scope but the cutoff is high so you need to check
Bio-technology also is very good
now its all upto your interest
