NCERT books are the best ones for Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. They have all the topics covered which are asked in boards questions paper.
After completing the unsolved and exemplary questions, go for the previous year papers and few sample papers (Arihant preferably).

Russia and phillipines are good options.but those degree dont have any value in india because in russia,every 2nd person is doctor.so u might think how easy to do MBBS from there.

There is no upper limit, but minimum percentage is 60 %, if you score 60%, then go ahead. Best of luck.

Since, you have to pursue CPL after SPL, as CPL is required to join as pilot in any airlines. Better option is to go for CPL after class 12th. If you go for SPL, then you have to go for PPL and then CPL. CPL is important for commercial flying. Also, it would be preferable if you pursue 12th in PCM rather than medical.
