Its better to go for PCM along with Computer Science, as PCM is also important if you look for graduation in engineering after 12th. If you go for diploma than you will be very limited to computer Science course. In my view, PCMCS is better option.

You can pursue B.Tech in computer science and B.Tech in any field you want but I would suggest civil, mechanical and computer science.
