A major question for every student at this stage. Identify your passions and interests. Figure out what you like. Are you good with numbers? Or do you like creative work? The obvious choice for a PCM student is engineering however you must know if this is what you want. Please check the career counselling page here and map your talents/interests

You may consider B.Sc IT or BCA or B.Sc CS. Since your percentile is very low you have to check the admission cut-offs of the colleges separately before applying.

To have a career in the area you mentioned you must have excellent software development skills and knowledge. You may pursue a BCA or B.Sc CS degree. Other relevant degrees may be B.Sc Software Engineering. Some universities also have dedicated Bachelors in Mobile Application Development programs.
