You can go for MBBS by taking AIPMT, or veternary exams if you are from Medical stream. If you are from science you have a lot of scope from engineering to architecture to psychology. If you are from commerce, you can do B.Com, CA etc. If you are from humanities, you can go for IAS and such exams.

Dear Bharat, it is hard to say as Universities in US have a holistic approach. If you have less than 50%.chances are extremely less however they will.also check if you have any other significant achievement, extracurriculars etc. I will advice you to look up University websites for admission requirements, see QS world ranking for various universities in US.

If you are thinking for NITs and IITs, you should join coaching now. A university level entrance exam is not that tough, so you can prepare for it at home by concentrating on your 11th and 12th syllabus.
