(i) Six friends Rohit, Kailash, Ajay, Raghav, Ajeet and Azam were engineering graduates. All six of them were placed in six different locations, namely Tisco-Mumbai, Telco-Srinagar, Wipro-Lucknow, HCL-Delhi, Mecon-Jaipur and Usha Martin-Patna. Stability order of oxides (X2O) is,

l2O > Cl2O > Br2O

Bonds of halogen & oxygen are covalent due to less EN difference.

Stability of (I - O) bond is higher due to less polarity and that of (Cl-O) bond is higher due to multiple bonding.

Mr Popatlal acted as a judge for the beauty contest. There were four participants, viz. Ms Daya, Ms Madhuri, Ms Babita and Ms Anjali. Mrs Popatlal, who was very anxious about the result, asked him about it as soon as he was back home. Mr Popatlal just told that the one who was wearing the yellow saree won the contest. Kamal, Lalman, Manish, Nishant, Praveen, Qadir, Raman, Sanjay, Umang and Waqar are the only ten members in a department. There is a proposal to form a team from within the members of the department, subject to the following conditions.

(i) A team must include exactly one among Praveen, Raman, and Sanjay.

(ii) A team must include either Manish or Qadir, but not both.

(iii) If a team includes Kamal, then it must also include Lalman, and vice versa.
