For ICWAI you can enroll in Intermediate level. You can take either Oral or postal. The fees is INR 20,000/- Check there official website or find an ICWAI Bhawan in your city. All the best.

Give one last and final attempt. Don't leave it. Next, go for other professionals courses if you want. Or Do Masters or start preparation for CAT/ MAT /GMAT, etc. There are many options.

Yes, you should first go with the foundation course.

After completing B.Com, you can apply for:-MBA in Finance / HR / Marketing / Financial Management etc. or M.Com courses.
You can also apply for different government exams like UPSC, MPSC, GPSC, Bank exams like IBPS, RBI, etc. You can also apply for SSC CGL Staff Selection Commission Common Graduate Level) exam.
