For getting admission in COEP, or rather, to get admission in any engineering college, you need CET or JEE score and HSC score.

Your marks are a little less than required to get admission in COEP Mechanical, so you cannot get admission in COEP but you can apply in other colleges in Pune. You will definitely get a good college.

Sorry, but your percentile is low according to your marks. To get admission in any branch of COEP, you should have a percentile above 90.

Yes. For this you are to register for lateral entry admission online. Based on your mark if you are eligible (chances there if comes within top 10 in your stream in Maharashtra) you can get admission in second year of B.Tech in COEP. Best wishes.

You can get admission though it will depend on which branch you want. Also if you belong to any reservations, then you will get a bit of an advantage.

It's very long process of about one month. First of all, college sends approval for vacant seats to DTE. Then DTE approves seat for admission through CAP. Student need to register on DTE and validate his/her all documents at FC. Then CAP rounds are alloted. Student have three options Float, Freeze or slide. To confirm alloted seat one need to freeze it. Then student need to report in ARC and after that report to respective institute. Hope this will help you. Wish you all the best for your admission.
