Hi,
Yes, you can get a seat in both the colleges. But, getting computer Science and IT will be difficult. If you are interested in ECE, mechanical, electrical, civil etc. Then you should go for the counselling. Best of luck.

As you have scored 78.5 percentile in JEE Mains and you belongs to the defense background, so you might get a seat in this college under reservation quota for defense personnel. There is a good chance that you would get COEP but it also depends on which branch are you interested to go in. So, if you don't get COEP in the very first round, wait for subsequent rounds. You might get your desired branch in one of these rounds.
