First of all, you have to give JEE Mains or MHTCET and after that, you have to apply separately for the college through any of the two exams.

Dear,
No college in India provides part time or correspondence B.Tech and M.Tech. It's illegal as per the norms of UGC and AICTE. You need to do B.Tech from regular mode only.
