While JEC was launched in 2012, Arya College of Engineering was founded in 2000. Both universities and colleges are private. While JEC offers 164 courses, ACE only offers 15. Both colleges have comparable reviews and an overall rating. While ACE has just received recognition from AICTE, JEC has been accredited by NAAC with a B+ rating and has also received approval from UGC and AICTE. In addition, JEC's admission requirements are rather more stringent than ACE's.

Arya College of Engineering and IT does not require your JEE score in order to accept you to the B.Tech program. If your class 12 percentages are from the CBSE or RBSE board and are greater than 45%, you may also be admitted using them. Requirements for admission may also include your REAP score.

JEE Main minimum scores for B.Tech admissions in Arya College of Engineering and IT are = for general -85.77, OBC-NCL: 73.61, ST: 37.23, SC: 51.97, EWS: 75.62.
However, the minimum CPI (Cumulative Performance Index) needed for M.Tech admission at Arya College is 5.2 on a 10-point scale, or a minimum of 60% of the total/aggregate marks in the qualifying degree. These are the minimum marks required for M.Tech admission in the Arya Colleg of Engineering and IT .In a similar way, 60% or 5.9 CGPA is required to be eligible for admission to the M.Tech programme through GATE.

Based on past year admission trends and statistics, the expected cutoff ranges for B.Tech at Arya College of Engineering and IT are as -

  • 85 percentile for the General category (which is equivalent to 90+ marks overall )


-85–90% in Computer Science and Engineering (12th PCM aggregate).
-80–85%  in Information Technology.
-75–80% in electronics and communication
-70–75% in Mechanical Engineering
-Civil Engineering: 65–70%

After counselling rounds, Arya College will reveal their results whether you are eligible or not.

The main requirement for admission to this college for B.Tech programs is JEE Main scores, which differes for different categories.
Such as the minimum cutoff for a B.Tech in 2023 is the 85th percentile in the General category. Additionally, applicants must have to apply for admission if they have completed their 10+2 with at least 45% of the required subjects completed, including mathematics and physics, as well as chemistry, biotechnology, and computer science.
