At Vasavi, every student knows everything about life after joining here.
Placements: Almost 90 percent of the students who are eligible for placement got placed. But some of them got a low package of 3.5 LPA. The average package is about 8 LPA as per the college website. Many students have 2 or more offers. Almost 900 students got placed out of 1000.
Infrastructure: 5-6 blocks are there with good infrastructure. Labs are fully equipped with the latest equipment. Computer labs are also very good with good RAM and ROM. The cafeteria area looks good. The ground has football, volleyball, cricket and indoor games like chess and carrom that can be played here.
Faculty: The exams are very strict, and the papers are conducted at a good level, as only those who clear the exam are the ones who studied. The faculty at Vasavi College of Engineering are qualified, supportive, and knowledgeable. The curriculum is relevant and helps build industry skills through labs and projects. Semester exams are moderately difficult, and students who study regularly usually pass with good results.

No hostel facility and good placements are much recommended for day scholars.
Placements: I am a student of 2025. There is around a 73 percent placement rate in our course, and also the famous recruiting companies from Core ECE are Silicon Labs, Oracle, Deloitte, etc. The top roles we do have are minor in CSE AI ML, Mechanical, Civil, and honors in SOC (System of Chip Designing). The highest package is 42 LPA and the lowest is 4 LPA per annum. The average package is 8 LPA.
Infrastructure: The biggest disadvantage of our college is that there is no hostel facility. The classrooms are good and the labs are also good. We do have a separate block for ECE and EEE, where there are several labs and classrooms. The block is really big enough so that all the labs, placement cells, and classrooms are there. Coming to the college area, it's really not much bigger than our campus, which is 12-13 acres. We do have enough college buses for day scholars. We have a canteen and a cafeteria, and the cost is also affordable. There are also sports and indoor games available.
Faculty: The faculty is good enough and the syllabus changes every year according to industry standards. The staff is well-qualified and cares about students. The exams are also good enough it's not too tough to pass. The faculty is also very caring and good, and there is also a mentoring system to motivate the students every month.
Other: I am very interested in the core ECE department. I am very enthusiastic about the defence sector mostly in Radar and Communication Systems. This is the only course that balances both hardware and software. I think the improvement must be done through more research. Our college has many events mostly technical ones which balance both academic and industrial requirements. There is also one big 3-day cultural fest in our college, which is Euphoria which will be in April where can enjoy a lot. Also our college also provides financial support for those who need it in terms of hostel fees and maintenance too.

Nothing to give much, I have already mentioned.
Placements: I don't know much about my college placements, and they are not disclosed on the campus to us, but instead, they say to check it out on the college website. We don't get accurate information, so seniors say there are no good placements in our college yet.
Infrastructure: My college doesn't have a hostel, and the signal in the college is not even good for calls in some blocks. Coming to sports and games, the outdoor games are okay, and indoor games are not good, I mean, less space, 1st thing we don't get enough time at least in a week to go for sports.
Faculty: To be honest, I don't get the lectures at all. I mean, the syllabus is so rushed that they have to move fast and skip some topics. So that's still fine if they keep the exams based on what they taught, rather than the advanced concepts in the subject, I mean, it should be what they taught and a bit more, not much.

It is a good college for those who want to focus on their studies and their career.
Placements: Placements are good, and students who have a high CGPA have more chances of getting internships if they do well. They are recruited by the same company. Here, companies like Service Now, Oracle, Cisco, Amazon, and Flipkart recruit students. Internship starts from the 3rd year.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel in the college, so we have to stay outside the campus. The mess food is average or maybe above average. The canteen is average. The infrastructure is good, though the class lags a bit in terms of neatness, as the college is more than 30 years old. The canteen and other empty spaces should be maintained well.
Faculty: Studies are top-notch. Faculty members help a lot when it comes to studies, and lab sessions are conducted every week. Teachers here are well-qualified, experienced, and friendly. Semester exams are moderate (depends on person to person), and sometimes, they may be difficult.
Other: The college has one main event, which is held every year. This is the only event we have here. There are clubs, like MUN, Silicon Synopses, etc.

Absolutely satisfied because of the faculty, placement offers, and infrastructure.
Placements: The percentage of students placed in my course is 70 percent. The highest package is 80 LPA and the average package is 9 LPA. Recruiting companies are Google, Microsoft, Amazon, and Flipkart. Around 50-65 percent of IT students receive internship opportunities in software/IT companies most years.
Infrastructure: The IT department has 8 dedicated labs with about 360 high-end computer systems, all internet-connected and networked to central servers. The entire campus has Wi-Fi connectivity, including classrooms, the library, labs, and some common areas. High-speed internet is available through multiple broadband lines (including a 1 Gbps connection).
Faculty: Most students report that teachers are well-qualified, knowledgeable, and experienced. Many faculty members explain concepts clearly and help students when they have doubts. Teachers are generally described as helpful and supportive in both theory and lab classes.

It is average because low area and partiality over branches.
Placements: The branch consists of around 180 students. The highest package is around 50 LPA, and average is around 10 LPA. Recruiting companies are Wipro, Google, etc. From our course, 20 percent of students got their internships at the center near Hyderabad. If we study hard in college, it is the best college.
Infrastructure: The campus will be very less area compared to others. They won't provide any Wi-Fi, labs will not get internet access, and classrooms will be very old in some blocks. One block is newly constructed, weekly 1 hour sports are available.
Faculty: Depending on the faculty, some of them don't know anything but they will teach. Some of the faculty members are very excellent in the subject. They will be helpful in achieving the goal required. The course curriculum is relevant. The semester exams are somewhat difficult.
