Yes, you can get a seat. Wait for the successive counselling rounds results, depending upon which you may be allotted a seat. Since your rank is 24k you may have to wait 2-3 rounds.

Sorry to say, there are very less chances for you to get into it, because the cut off generally is high for it. It is around 7k for IT and 4K for CSE. Hope this was useful. All the best.

Your GMAT score is fine, means (Good > 630 > Average). Your college, class 10th and 12th score is also fine. Now, depending on your non-academic profile and job experience, I would suggest you to apply for some other good college as well. IMT (it is not specifically mentioned) doesn't accept GMAT but they do accept CAT and MAT. Anyway, IMT is good and so your profile, but apply for other good universities as well.
