You can get into state engineering colleges in your state. After graduation you can go for GRE/GMAT. A good score in GRE will get you a chance to study in top institutes of US for MS. A good score in GMAT will give you a chance to get into top institutes for MBA like ISB, Great Lakes, S. P. Jain. MBA/MS will definitely give you a good chance to get into top global MNCs.
