You may not be able to get a seat in JNTUA as your rank is quite high for getting a seat in JNTUA. Because of competition for the seats, you may not able to get a seat. But it totally depends on the seats left out at the counseling. All the best.

You have very low chances of getting seat in your desired college. So, try once in the counselling. If the seats are available then you may get seat. All the best.
