No, RVR stands somewhere in top 3 when it comes to pvt colleges in Andhra Pradesh and it has a great reputation among the older generation and a good reputation in the younger lot too(alumni are an exception mostly).
Computer labs - available in good number say close to 100 per branch and more in case of CSE and IT.
