There are no specific books which will provide the short-cut of preparing for the entrance. All you have to do is, you just go through the previous year question paper and there you will get the idea and a nature of questions by which you will find some specific topic which usually asked questions and from there you can prepare in 14 days of study by focussing on that very topics. Well, this is a self-assessing way of preparation which seems to be natural somehow.
Otherwise, read the syllabus thoroughly.
Search for a book which covers the whole syllabus. Make sure that you read according to the syllabus, otherwise, you will never be able

Yes, you can pursue your further studies with Integrated B.Sc and M.Sc in Physics.
One thing to mention is that any one of your 12th certificates is valid. You can't use both.
