Kaplan Business School is one of the good schools for Masters in accounting and MBA. Anyone giving you pros and cons will be sharing his/her views so it is better to check the following and decide:
1. Number of Indians in their MBA programme.
2. Course structure of MBA and internships offered.
3. Acceptance rate of MBA in Australia or other places through alumni list.
Hope this helps!

About the placements, no universities abroad offer that. Instead, you will be given good training in all skills to land up with the best job.

Hi,
Do you mean when will engineering colleges open in Australia? If so, then admission intakes are mainly in February and July. Deadlines vary accordingly. You can check university websites for details.

Dear friend,
B.Com from Australia is not valid in India for better job. Indian degree requires UGC recognized approval. So, you will require to work for 3 years in Australia with their B.Com. Then, after your experience, you can search for job here in India with good pay packages.
