Do you mean when will engineering colleges open in Australia? If so, then admission intakes are mainly in February and July. Deadlines vary accordingly. You can check university websites for details.

Deakin is a good University and the course you have mentioned is a good one with good prospects of employment. Please select a 2 year duration course as you will get a PSW and points for PR.

B.Com from Australia is not valid in India for better job. Indian degree requires UGC recognized approval. So, you will require to work for 3 years in Australia with their B.Com. Then, after your experience, you can search for job here in India with good pay packages.
