Women in Engineering Program, formed in February 2013 in partnership with Rio Tinto and members of the Australian Power Institute (API) and the Australian Petroleum Production and Exploration Association (APPEA), is an initiative taken by the University of Queensland. The programme encourages women to pursue Engineering and build an impactful career for themselves. Currently, the programme is supported by 10 partners.

The University of Queensland consists of five faculties that offer 300+ courses to International students.
