Indeed, at GIBS, we have developed various programs designed specifically for recognizing faculty for their accomplishments in teaching and research through awards, certificates and appreciation events. Faculty who excel at delivering engaging classroom experiences, mentoring students, using innovative teaching techniques etc. will receive awards throughout the year during our various academic ceremonies. In addition to those faculty members being recognised, we also acknowledge faculty members who contribute to developing new knowledge through academic research, publications and industry partnerships, as well as improving GIBS' reputation by enhancing its position within the community. Not only do these recognitions motivate and inspire faculty, but also demonstrate to our students the examples that exist of successful academics and professionals. All of these initiatives foster a culture of appreciation, innovation and continuous improvement within GIBS.

The GIBS Innovation Lab enables students to experiment with their ideas while developing innovative solutions through experimentation. The IRE School includes an IRE Program consisting of courses based on the principles of Innovation, Research and Entrepreneurship.

The GIBS Innovation Lab additionally provides students the opportunity to gain experience with actual business challenges through participation in business simulations; through participation in live projects; and by completing industry internships. Students will receive additional guides to help them create their Start-ups through the Startup Bootcamp, and through mentoring sessions, as well as regular workshops.

Students will have an opportunity to connect with business professionals by attending a variety of events which may include regular workshops, guest lectures and networking events. Collectively, all of these efforts help build confidence, promote creativity and prepare students to be innovators and entrepreneurs in the ever-changing world of business.

The GIBS process for campus recruitment is well organized and supportive. They provide the students with pre-placement training that helps improve their communication, aptitude, and interview skills. After the training sessions, companies are invited to campus for recruitment and present their company profile and the jobs they are recruiting for. Following this, students are taken through multiple rounds of interviewing, which include the aptitude test, group discussion, personal interview, and possibly others, depending on the company's recruitment process. The placement cell coordinates all steps of the hiring process, thus facilitating smooth lines of communication between students and employers. During the entire season, students receive support from their professors and mentors to help them build their confidence and find the supply-demand match between their skills and career aspirations.

At GIBS, candidates can apply simultaneously for both the PGDM and BBA programme, each with different entry requirements. The BBA programme is open to anyone who has completed their 12th grade, whereas the PGDM programme requires applicants to possess a bachelor's degree and maintain a minimum score of 50%. Candidates who meet both requirements may apply for both programmes individually, with their applications assessed based on entrance exam results and academic performance as well as an interview. With this dual application process, students are able to evaluate more than one option prior to making their final decision; however, once selected into either programme they cannot enroll in both.

Over the last several years, GIBS business school has generated consistent placement results of one hundred percent placement rate. In twenty-five, there were over two hundred sixty companies across twenty different sectors that participated in the recruitment drive. The highest package that was offered for employment in twenty-five was sixteen point fifteen LPA and the average package was seven point eight LPA. The lowest package that was offered to students was around four point seventy LPA giving students the opportunity for placement. Over eighty companies offered internships to students from GIBS, and over thirty start-ups were created by students who graduated from GIBS. These results demonstrate how well connected GIBS is with the industry, how it provides students with real-world training, and how it prepares students for multiple different positions in the international and local marketplace.

The GIBS structure is designed such that students work together in small groups (syndicate groups) this will promote teamwork and peer learning whilst providing students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience. When given the opportunity, students will be required to complete group-oriented tasks which involve working together on assignments, preparing for presentations, and conducting discussions related to their course of study. Syndicate groups will assist students in developing their abilities in leadership roles; enhancing their communication capabilities and improving their ability to solve problems. Faculty members will generally provide guidance to syndicate groups for the purpose of developing a balanced approach to student involvement and student learning within the syndicate group. Syndicate group membership/placement will be determined by the institute so that each syndicate group is representative of multiple backgrounds and skill sets. If issues such as conflicts between students arise or when students have specific academic requirements, applicants can request a change in syndicate group membership; however, this request must be made through the faculty member or academic administration to ensure a smooth operating environment.
