To take admission in BTech at IIT Bhubaneswar, student must appear for the JEE Mains and Advanced exams. Also, student must ensure fulfilling the eligibility criteria required for admission. 

The School of Electrical Sciences offers BTech in Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Electronics and Communication Engineering. The school also offers two dual-degree programs. For postgraduate programmes, the school currently offers MTech in Computer Science and Engineering, Power System Engineering, Power Electronics and Drives, and Signal Processing and Communication Engineering specialisations.
