Hello Pandurangam, it's very nice to hear from you that you will like to join a bi take program which is part time in nature. however the Institute of engineering and management studies at Bhubaneswar that you are talking about appears to be e some kind of only management type of a thing. There was no mention as to whether they have UGC or or AICTE certification or not but a statement that their courses are affiliated to 16 different universities which in itself is a very funny and not a routine statement. You have to be in top 3000. To get CS in KIIT as seat increased so otherwise 2000rank prefer for CS.
