As per the ranking SRM University, Chennai Campus is better than KIIT in terms of placement, infrastructure and other criteria. So go for SRM, Chennai campus. All the best.

As you have not completed it, this should be your first priority. You can do this via National Open School. Then you can start your graduation.

Yes, you are eligible for M.Sc, but chances for government colleges are less, but you may possibly get admission in private colleges. There is relaxation for SC/ST candidates for 5% in government colleges.
