Worth CAD 2,000 (Around INR 1.2 lakh), the Georgian College International Entrance Scholarship is awarded to new, eligible students joining Georgian. A limited number of scholarships are available and these scholarships are assigned on a first-come-first-serve-basis. The eligibility for the Georgian College International Entrance Scholarship 2024/25 is:

• The applicants should be admitted to a Georgian programme and must apply for international entry scholarship by the respective scholarship intake deadline
• The applicants are required to have above average GPA (B equivalent or higher) and must meet the English language proficiency requirements. Also, other requirements could also be applied
• Personal statement, CV and other documents are also required to be submitted
• Furthermore, the applicants should pay their full tuition deposit by the respective scholarship deadline

The admission requirements at Georgian ILAC vary as per the course levels. The general entry requirements are given below:

• Diploma Program: A secondary or high school transcript with proof of graduation, subjects taken and grades received is required. Furthermore, Math and English credits are required at Grade 12
• Graduate Certificates: Academic transcripts showing graduation is required for admission to the Graduate Certificate programs. Other things that are required to apply are resume and letter of intent stating the reason for applying

Also, do meet the English language requirements. The accepted ELP test scores are IELTS / TOEFL / Duolingo.

Mount Allison University provides a 4-year UG programme in Biology. The tuition cost is around INR 11.58L. The programme revolves around Organismal and Cell biology, as well as Biochemistry, which are covered in first-year courses. Second-year coursework is divided into several form-and-function courses, statistics, genetics and evolution, and ecology. The Upper-year courses allow students to cover topics such as Marine Biology, Aquaculture; Developmental Biology; Applied Genetics; Environmental Microbiology; Ornithology; Animal and Human Physiology; and Applied and Theoretical Ecology. The overall Biology course is good and gives opportunities for hands-on learning, including research and laboratory experience.
