M.Sc admissions are very tough, though grade wise you are good to go with your backlogs will not be easily accepted. Also, check with the university if 70% is okay as for few programs more than 75 % is required. Admissions overall will depend on your profile, SOP and recommendation letters.
Good luck.

You can check UBC (it's a top ranked but you should try applying). Also, try University of Waterloo, University of Calgary, Victoria, University of Ottawa, Carleton and Simon Fraser.

Your CGPA is on the lower side and will be difficult for any MS course, M.Eng is anyway a tough program. You can apply with a good SOP and LORs or perhaps apply after gaining some work experience and research work.

The University of Alberta offers M.Sc, ME and Ph.D in civil engineering and the requirements may vary for each. You may write to the department and ask for detailed information at:

Why you want to study business administration Diploma is the most important question. If you can explain this to the university properly, then you can get admission. You must also meet admission requirements such as minimum 55% and IELTS of 6 with no part less than 5.5.
