Hi Ketaki,
To get admission into top MBA programs, an applicant must have the following:
1. Work experience.
2. Good academics.
3. GMAT/ GRE score
4. IELTS or TOEFL.
You can check the university website first and apply, if you have the profile. 5.5 band is not an accepted score for MBA. You can write to the universities and get it checked.
Below mentioned are some of the best MBA universities in Canada:
1. University of Toronto.
2. University of British Columbia.
3. McGill University.
4. York University.
5. Simon Fraser University, etc.

Hi Balaji,
These are the decisions taken by the universities and will be based on your application. Your GRE score is good enough. I am not sure about the CGPA as these universities are highly competitive and would require an 8 out of 10.

The fee is around CAD 14000 to CAD 15000 to pursue MBA in Canada. You need a score of 6.0 band in IELTS.

I think, you can try for the University of Fraser Valley because they offer English course. You have to appear for the English test again.
