I don't think there is any MCA degree abroad. This notation is used in India. If you are interested for MS in computer sciences and related field, you can check:
1. RMIT.
2. University Technology Sydney.
3. QUT.
4. University of Waterloo.
5. University of British Columbia and
6. University of Toronto.

Visit their website. In the section for international admissions, you will find the admission form for the college.

To clarify, at US and Canadian universities, there is no course called M.Com degree. Most of the degrees are MS (Masters of science) with business specializations. So you will find a lot of colleges offering courses like MS in Management. The other PG degree in business is MBA. So please mention which of these two options are you looking for.

Most of the good colleges are mainly in Toronto, but as you said to list out colleges in Vancouver, I will list out the colleges which are good for banking and finance:
1. Selkrik
2. Langara
3. Columbia

It is a prestigious university in Canada. I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for the same.
