It is the same process. Application to universities and colleges is same for both, as SPP is a visa process not admission process.
Here is an admission timeline to give you a rough idea of the application process -

Both of them are great options, but it is hard to predict your employability chances as your student profile is the most important determining factor. You need to have the skills required for the job, as it will make your chances strong.

2. University of Alberta.
3. Humber College.
4. Centennial College.
5. Sheridan College.
But, I will suggest you University of Toronto and Centennial College. If you have more than 6 backlogs, then you can apply for Confederation College.

There are many well-known universities in Canada for undergraduate studies in commerce, finance and business, which include Simon Fraser University, Ryerson University, University of British Columbia, etc. A few colleges under SPP like Humber, Fleming, George Brown are also good ones.

Hi Shefali, the health sector in Canada is booming so if you get into a good university and do well academically you have plenty of opportunities ahead. You may check popular universities such as University of Alberta, McGill University, Ontario Veterinary College, University of Waterloo and Queen's University among others. For the fee structure, you must check the university websites as they are subject to change. Overall Canada is not too expensive, annual tuition fee may range from INR 14 to 30 lacs a year.
