There is the entrance exams conducted by Universities, apply for them and qualify it. If cutoff will be cleared, then you will get the admission in college.

No for getting admission to DU u must have 85% to clear their cutoffs.
But don't get sad many universities take admission on an entrance basis where percentage does not matter.
