Yes, you or any candidate who has submitted IPU CET 2019 form can make corrections such as DOB, the spelling of names, etc. by submitting an application in physical form at the reception, examination branch, GGSIPU University. You need to submit a processing fee of 500/- approximately along with the application. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University provides the facility for IPU CET 2019 application form correction. If you clear the cut-off of FMS, New Delhi (which is usually 98.5+ percentile), then you can expect to get an interview call. The final selection depends upon your interview performance.
