HAL is divided into complexes and then divisions. Depending on your location you can seek internship in divisions located in Bangalore, Kanpur or Ojhar. Yes, AILET is compulsory to get in NLU Delhi and on the other hands CLAT is basically conducted to get in all remaining National law University, so you can't go in NLU-D through CLAT.
AILET is scheduled to be conducted in May month.

As per the latest notification of 2019, IPU CET law is merge with CLAT. So, from this year for taking admission in IPU colleges, you have to sit for the exam CLAT. So, on the basis of your rank, college will allot to you accordingly. Before this year, IPU CET law was conduct separately but not now
hurry up start preparing for CLAT.

Getting a seat in IT is possible though can't be sure about CS. CS cutoff in DTU is quite high. The cutoff for IT is also high but finger crossed. You stand a chance. Good Luck.
