Chandigarh University is better in all the ways. In terms of placements, almost all the big IT giants comes to the campus for placements. Last year, the highest package was also from CSE branch, INR 31.77 lacs per annum by amazon. The fee is affordable, INR 79,500 per semester for general BE CSE and INR 94,500 per semester for BE CSE IBM CLOUD COMPUTING. The faculty is well qualified. Also, the university has company sponsored labs from IBM, Microsoft, oracle, cisco and many more.

If you score high percentile (more than 95%) in CAT or similar entrance exam XAT MAT FCAT), you can get admission in Iims. For detailed information visit the websites of different management institutions.

You can apply for CAT. If you score very good marks (above 95%), you may get admission in Iims. If you are interested to study abroad then prepare for GRE/IELTS/TOEFL.

University of Delhi announces dates for online and offline application forms on it official website. Once you fill out the forms completely. You have to wait for the announcement of cut off lists for various colleges in DU. According to the cut off and your best of four percent in class XII you can secure admission in any of the colleges of DU.

No not necessarily. Even college drop outs are allowed. The interview and test is what one need to crack for getting into Google.

USICT is a government college, so at least on paper the faculty is better than other institutes. Being a government institute, its annual fees is less than half of some other private colleges, with better infrastructure (You should have a look at internet speeds here!)
Besides it has some moderate-to-good companies visiting their campus, that are better than all other colleges of IPU (Adobe, Samsung, MakeMyTrip, etc.)

DU JAT Exam consists of 4 sections, so candidates should prepare accordingly and take care that each section is given proper time while preparing for the exam. Time must be managed to give a good shot to the exam. Candidates can go through following points for time management:-
