You have following options to fulfill your dreams of traveling after B.Tech in mechanical engineering:(a) You can appear for civil services examination conducted by UPSC and join Indian Foreign Services.
(b) Join merchant navy as marine engineer.

Hi,
You can try under NRI quota if u have citizenship of UK. Just visit the college and apply though most of the seats might be filled.

Sorry for answering this so late. The placement statistics are quite impressive here. Around 8 students got placed in Google MTV with a package of around 1.25 cr. Also many people get placed in Epic Systems, Goldman Sachs etc.

Hello, When the admissions will open there will be a form available on the FMS website. You will have to fill that form. Whether you will get a call or not will be decided on the basis of your profile.
