No, the Technical Universty of Munich does not accept tuition fees in installments. Indian students would have to pay the tuition fees in full. It can be paid via bank transfer, using the TUMonline account. The Semester fees, however, can be paid in cash at the Bursar's Office on specific days.
For some continuing education courses, the university charges some extra fees.

Students can make sure they are admitted to the TUM campus grounds by being informed about the admission procedure, academic and examination regulations as well as the aptitude assessment. Make sure the application is submitted timely and that your academic record checks out to be eligible for course of choice. Rooms in single and shared apartments can cost between Euros 450 - 900. Whereas, in student housing can cost around Euros 300 - 450. Also, students should expect to have a spending of EUR 1,500 per month.

There is no tuition fee at FU Berlin. But, the fee may be applicable to some Continuing Education programs. For these programs, the fees can be around INR 10 lakh. Also, students have to pay the living expenses. Students can expect to spend a minimum of EUR 934. The monthly housing rent can be between EUR 650 - EUR 1000.
