Yes, Indian students need to pay application fee worth EUR 50 (INR 5.5 K) for each application (or per degree programme). The fee is separately payable from the uni-assist fee.
Students can pay the application fee via Mastercard, Visa, direct debit, or PayPal from the HNU Application Portal.

No, students generally cannot receive muliple scholarships at the same time at Neu Ulm University of Applied Sciences. Most scholarships providers in Germany (DAAD, Deutschlandstipendium) do not allow that.
However, students can combine academic stipend with private loans, or some other non-monetary academic grants.

Deadline to apply for scholarships at Neu Ulm Applied Sciences is Nov 1, 2026 for the Winter semester and Apr 15, 2027 for the Summer intake.
Follow the below steps to apply:
- Register on Mobility-Online
- Fill personal and financial data
- Upload relevant documents (like certificate of enrolment)
- Complete the online application
An email with letter of acceptance will be received by students 3 weeks after the application deadline.

Yes, you can apply for several degree programmes, but you must decided on a study place after completing the application process. For recognition of degrees from outside Germany, only one degree programme can be selected at uni-assist.de. The VPD is also valid for all other degree programmes with the same degree level.

Students who meet all of the following conditions are required to take the dMAT test for entry to NEU ULM Applied Sciences University:
- Applying for a Master's programme for the 2027 Summer intake or later
- Applying via the APS India Process
- Completed a UG degree or equivalent in Engineering, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, or Economics
