Yes, Fulda University of Applied Sciences is tuition-free. Students only need to pay a semester fee of approximately around EUR 350 - 400 (around INR 38.5 K - 44 K) per year. 

Other costs borne by international students include the cost of living. The living cost covers accommodation, grocery, transport, medical insurance and other costs, and can be up to EUR 1,000 (INR 1 L) per month.

For admission to the University of Rostock Masters in CSE course, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject is required. The university expects students to complete the Bachelor's degree with at least 85% of the CGPA or GATE score of at least 500 points.

The Technical University of Munich acceptance rate is between 8% - 10%. This shows that TUM is very selective at the time of admission. So, students must aim to have a good academic record for admission. For admission to TUM UG courses, the students must have a Higher secondary school leaving certificate. Whereas for admission to PG courses of this university, a Bachelor's degree is required.  

Yes, Indian students can qualify for an English waiver at the University of Cologne only if their previous HZB or UG degree was completed entirely in English.

Students are required to provide official proof to confirm that their previous qualification was completely English taught.
