Goethe University Frankfurt is ranked among the best research universities in the world and is well-known for having 19 Nobel laureates among its alumni.
One should cost as a big factor courses like M.A.Goethe University is definitely a better choice but one give preference to Presidency college as the cost would he low.
M.A from any top ranked NIRF university ( top 50 -60 ) would be a good choice .Also you can explore the options of distance M.A.

HHL - Leipzig Graduate School of Management is considered one of the best business schools in Germany, offering a stellar reputation along with an affordable fees. MBA candidates appreciate the program's entrepreneurial focus and highlight the great strategy and finance departments. The vast majority of professors are German, but visiting professors from all over the world also teach at the school. Students also find their teachers very friendly, helpful, and competent.

More than 30,000 students are currently enrolled in the university and each year, over 7,000 students begin their studies here. In winter term 2017, out of its 28,797 students about 11% or 3,174 were international students. In 2019-20, the university enrolled 31,088 students, including 3,652 foreign students from all over the world. Leipzig University also maintains a bilateral contract with 56 other international higher education institutions and it supports not only foreign scholars and students but also alumni in their internationalization projects.
