The University of Hamburg offers merit scholarships to outstanding international students and PhD students in all subjects and at all degree levels. Cut off are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 9719 and 10371. Admission to BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering at IIT Dhanbad (ISM) - Indian Institute of Technology (ISM) is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.
