From an Indian perspective, it is far better for MBBS in the Philippines as it is mainly taught in English, thus avoiding any of the at times strenuous language barriers that one can find in Germany where at least a basic proficiency in German would be required.

 

 Philippines also gives an interesting 5.5-year course with BS-MD pathway and cost altogether around INR 20 to 30 lakh, which is still manageable given the higher living costs in Germany, though universities charge nothing at the public level. The TUM Straubing campus offers a number of UG & PG level courses that focus specifically on Biomass processing, Chemical Biotechnology & Sustainable Management.
