Yes, you can get Computer Science engineering in KIET. According to previous counseling records, try till the last 4th round of counseling, if college is not allotted in 1, 2 & 3 round, try till last round.

The cut-off for IT branch is around 30000(General) in the last rounds of counselling. It is possible that you may not get the KIET College considering your AF and BCAF rank you may get admission in KIET but it depends on the counselling. I'd say whatsoever the college is. If the college is located in Gurgaon, it can give you better placements as well as exposure like Paid Live Projects, Paid Winter Internships and Paid Summer Internship, International Conclaves, Seminars & Guest Lectures. If you note carefully, all these deals a corporate requirement. Since, the corporate hub is Gurgaon, neither a General Manager can take time to visit colleges in Noida, Ghaziabad or Delhi nor the student can travel all the way from their college in Ghaziabad / Noida / Delhi to attend the Conclaves / Seminars / Internships / Live Projects conducted only in the corporate comp

You have less marks in JEE Mains. You should go through the state engineering counselling process through which you can get private or any government. College with desired branch. Go for it. All the best.
