In the Goa University, the passing rates are divergent in both the undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Students under the UG have to pass a minimum of 40 percent aggregate mark on a combination of theory and practical. In respect to PG, both internal and end-of the semester assessment needs a minimum of 50 percent. Such criteria are able to support academic standards and fairness of all courses.

Yes, after passing class 12 you can go to BITS Pilani Goa by passing in BITSAT. Your marks in Physics, Chemistry and Maths/Biology should be 75 per cent or more. Your admission in the programme will depend on the score in the entrance exam. As well, be sure to comply with both academic and exam eligibility.

Yes, GATE score is acceptable in the admission to BITS Pilani Goa, Higher Degree, ME programmes. The candidates may either sit in BITS HD or present valid GATE scores. The selection process puts the two, in consideration. The entrance is depending on the scores, eligibility and the counselling.

On the official portal of admission to BITS, they will announce the final date of application to BITS Pilani Goa in 2025. It usually ends when BITSAT results and counseling are done. The candidates should adhere to the time table of application, examination, counselling, and payment of fees. Regulation of registration should be at the right time.

To get a seat at NIT Goa for BTech specialisations, candidate must attain the rank as per the category they belong to. NIT Goa JEE Main cutoff 2025 was released for the first round. As per the cutoff for the General AI category candidates, the closing ranks in round 1 varied between 11696 and 34130. Looking at the cutoff ranks, it can be said that getting admission to NIT Goa at 25000 rank is easy. Though the choice of specialisation would be limited at this rank. You can get CSE in GFTI as per the JoSSA counselling cutoff last year. You cannot get any branch, like CSE, ECE in NIT at this rank.
