As per the record, the last year NIT Hamirpur cutoff was 8532 rank for civil engineering. It would be difficult for you to get this college as you rank is 25153.

There is not a huge difference but yes difference is there as the average pack of Noida campus INR. 2.95 Lacs and for the solan campus is INR. 2.65 Lacs.

Dear, it may be difficult to get admission there but don't wait. It's my advice to you to take admission wherever you are getting the seats. Just apply for it and you can also wait for some time to check the cutoff list.

It depends upon in which college/university you are seeking admission. Generally, students from every stream can pursue BCA without any problem. A candidate need to score at least 45% in their +2 in order to get admission into BCA. Whereas some popular/top colleges will provide admission to those candidates who have scored at least 60% in +2 and must have studied Maths and English as mandatory subjects in +2. So, it depends in which college and university you are seeking admission.
