You typically need to apply online during the notified period, which is usually around June/July each year, and then pay the registration fee and required course fees.

Admission to these language courses is often given priority to existing Delhi University/Hansraj College students.

With a CLAT rank of 30000 to get admission in any NLU from general category is difficult but, if you are applied in NRI sponsored category you have better chance of admission. The cutoff of NLU in NRI sponsored category varies in each year and it depends upon the number of applicants and difficulty level of paper.

You say that the name of your father is different on your 10th and 12th class certificates, and whether it will create any problems when taking admission in college.

You should visit your the nearest court and ask people the procedure for having an AFFIDAVIT.

It's a legal paper stating that Mr. A (on class 10th marksheet) and Mr. B (on class 12th marksheet) are same person.

Based on previous years' data, a score of 56 marks in JEE Main usually places students within the 70 to 80 percentile range. But there is very less chance that you get any good NIT for this percentile.

But for ST category you may get lower branch in lower NIT.
