Yes, you can do a B.Ed course from BROU while working as a constable. Many universities, including open and distance learning institutions, allow working professionals to pursue B.Ed through part-time or distance mode. Just make sure you meet the eligibility criteria and can manage your job along with the course requirements. This option is popular among those already working in government jobs.

With 60 marks in JEE Mains and belonging to the ST category, you are above the qualifying cutoff for your category, which is around 47.9 marks this year. In Chhattisgrah, you can apply to NIT Raipur and other state engineering colleges. You may have a good chance in core branches like Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering at NIT Raipur, expecially through the home state and category quota.

Admissions to Diploma programs at Bharath University (Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research - BIHER) are primarily merit-based, based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination (typically 10th or 10+2).
While Bharath University does conduct its own entrance exam (BEEE) for some undergraduate engineering courses, and accepts national-level entrance exams like NEET for medical courses or NATA for B.Arch, the information available indicates that Diploma admissions are generally based on the scores obtained in the qualifying examination.
