While attaching the supporting documents along with the application form, the students must ensure that the documents are in English only. If the official documents received from the previous institution are not in English, the students are required to get them translated by an authorised officer. The following documents should be submitted with the application form:

  • Academic transcripts with details of the exams, syllabus covered, and grades obtained

  • Documents establishing the student's economic independence

  • A copy of a valid passport

  • Copy of Graduation or Diploma certificate (whichever applicable)

A pre-selection application at Sapienza University is an online application allowing international students to be assessed well before the official Call for Applications is published. Pre-selection is forms are mostly available for most English-taught Bachelor's and Master's programs not requiring an in-person admission test. The Majority of programmes in their pre-selection applications will ask you to provide the following:

Starting July, Politecnico di Milano starts sending offers to students who have applied. The same is reflected on the university portal. For specific courses, an interview invitation is sent before making an offer.

For engineering courses, the offer is made in September. Applicants may check the status of their application and the course details on the portal. There is a small window of three days to pay the course fees after selection.
