Achieving a 70% in Class 12 would likely not qualify you for direct admission to the Central University of Jammu using only your Class 12 percentage alone. The Central University of Jammu uses entrance examinations like the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) and Joint Entrance Examination (Main) for specific programs, such as Bachelor of Technology (BTech).

Without taking additional qualifying tests or having exceptional performance in other areas, scoring 70% in Class 12 would not guarantee admission to the Central University of Jammu.

It ultimately depends on various factors such as the specific programme you are interested in, faculty reputation, infrastructure, location, and campus culture.

Both Central University of Jammu and Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya are well-established institutions and have their own strengths. It is recommended to thoroughly research both universities and their B.Tech programs, visit the campuses if possible, and talk to current students or alumni to get a better understanding of which university aligns more with your academic and career goals.
