XLRI is one of the top 10 management institutes in the country. IIFT is a very good institute as it is ranked among the top 20 management colleges. The graduation marks won't be an obstacle, if you have a very good entrance exam score or a very good profile. However, top b-schools require minimum first class in graduation.

If you want to apply for government jobs or competitive exams, for most of the competitive exams, you need to have a graduate degree. You should complete your graduation from a reputed college.
Candidates who have done Diploma, they are not eligible.
Firstly, you should check the eligibility criteria for every exam.
So if you have a graduation degree, then you can apply for many exams such as IBPS bank exam, railway exam, UPSC exam, SSC exam, etc.
