No, you cannot join KIIT Bhubaneswar for B.Tech without appearing for KIITEE (Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Examination). The eligibility criteria for B.Tech courses at KIIT University require candidates to have a valid rank in KIITEE. Candidates who have passed the 10+2 examination in 2022, 2023, or are appearing in the 10+2 examination in 2024 are eligible to apply for the B.Tech course at KIIT University.
